Event Replay

Resend stored events to an integration retroactively — e.g. after connecting a new platform.

Event Replay resends stored events to an integration retroactively — e.g. after connecting a new platform, so its algorithm immediately has historical data.

There is no generic "replay the last X days". Each platform defines its own maximum event age for replay, and some platforms don't support replay at all. The binding limit is per platform (see below) — not a free time range.

Event Replay is a dashboard feature (no code) — go to Settings → Integrations, open the integration, and start the replay from its dialog. It is available on the Growth plan and above; Starter does not include Event Replay.

Replay window per platform

Replay only accepts events up to this age, counted from now. The limit is defined by each platform's API, not by Tugus:

PlatformMax event age
Google Analytics 43 days
Meta CAPI7 days
TikTok Events API7 days
Microsoft Bing UET7 days
Reddit Ads CAPI7 days
Pinterest CAPI30 days
Snapchat CAPI37 days
LinkedIn Insight90 days
Klaviyono limit — full backfill
Google Adsnot replayable

Events older than a platform's window are rejected or silently dropped by that platform, so replaying beyond the window has no effect.

Flow in the dashboard

  1. Set up the new integration — e.g. connect the TikTok Events API with pixel ID and access token.
  2. Start the replay — select the target integration. The replayable range is capped by that platform's window above.
  3. Watch the progress — live progress bar in the dashboard. All replayed deliveries appear in the Transmission Log, marked with a replay tag.

Retention

Only events that are still stored can be replayed. Retention is plan-based and forms the outer bound — in practice the per-platform window above is the tighter limit.
