Custom Dashboards
Build your own tile views — pick metrics and a breakdown, choose a chart or KPI tile, and arrange everything into tabs.
Custom dashboards let you assemble your own views from any combination of metrics, breakdowns and time ranges. A dashboard is a set of tabs, and each tab holds a grid of widgets — a KPI tile, a chart, or a table.
The shipped template dashboards are ready to use as-is; you can also build your own from scratch.
Create a dashboard
Open Dashboards
In the sidebar under Dashboards, open the overview. You'll see the shipped templates and any dashboards you've already created.
Create a new one
Click New dashboard, give it a name and (optionally) a description. Start from scratch or duplicate a template as a starting point.
Add widgets
Open the dashboard and switch to Edit. Now you can add widgets, arrange them and create tabs. Click Save when you're done.
Tabs
A dashboard can hold up to 10 tabs — use them to group related widgets (e.g. Overview, Acquisition, Revenue). In edit mode you can:
- Add tab — creates an empty tab.
- Rename — edit the active tab's name inline.
- Remove — deletes the active tab (a dashboard always keeps at least one).
When viewing, the tab bar only appears once a dashboard has more than one tab.
Widgets
Each widget is built in the widget assistant. You don't pick a chart type first — you choose what to show, and the available displays follow from that:
Choose metrics
Pick one or more metrics (KPI values) — e.g. purchases, revenue, unique visitors, delivery rate, ROAS. A widget with several metrics becomes a multi-value KPI tile or a multi-series chart.
Add a breakdown (optional)
Break the metric down by a dimension — e.g. channel, campaign, device, country, landing page, event name — and/or by a time axis (day/week/month) for a trend.
Pick the display
The assistant offers only the displays that fit your selection. Give the widget a title and see a live preview while you build.
Available displays
| Display | Best for |
|---|---|
| KPI tile | A single (or a few) headline numbers. |
| Line / area | A metric over time (trend). |
| Bar / column (grouped, stacked, horizontal) | Comparing a metric across a breakdown. |
| Donut / pie | Share of a total across a few categories. |
| Table | Exact figures across many rows, with paging. |
| Pivot / heatmap | Two breakdowns at once (e.g. channel × week). |
KPI tiles
A KPI tile shows the metric's value for the selected period, plus the change versus the previous period (an up/down arrow in green or red). Options:
- Sparkline — a small trend line under the number.
- Card header — show or hide the tile's title bar.
- Add several metrics to show a compact row of numbers in one tile.
Filters, segments & time range
Every widget uses the dashboard's selected time range. Inside the assistant you can further narrow a widget with filters (e.g. only a certain channel) or apply a saved segment. Sorting and row limits (e.g. Top 10 campaigns) are set here too.
Arrange widgets
In edit mode, widgets sit on a grid you control directly:
- Drag to move a widget, resize by its edge, and reorder freely.
- Edit or remove a widget from its menu.
Layout is saved with the dashboard.
Organize dashboards
- Groups — put dashboards under named headings in the sidebar (e.g. Marketing → Meta Dashboard, TikTok Dashboard) and reorder them by drag & drop on the overview.
- Templates — the shipped dashboards are ready-made starting points; duplicate one and adjust it to your needs.

Explorer
Ask a one-off question — combine metric, breakdown, time and filters ad hoc. Every question has a shareable link, and you can save it as a report or open it as a dashboard widget.
Reports & export
Save recurring questions as reports (organized in folders) and export any result as CSV.
Every widget and report is just a saved query. The same data is available via the Analytics API for your own tools.
