Check Events
In the live stream you immediately see whether events arrive and are delivered.
As soon as the script is installed, incoming events appear immediately in the live stream under Dashboard → Live.
What you see in the live stream
For every event, the live stream shows the delivery status per platform:

|---|---|
Green dot · 200 OK | Event delivered successfully (with latency) |
Yellow dot · retry 2/3 | Delivery is being retried automatically |
| Red dot | Delivery failed — details in the event |
Checklist when no events arrive
- Is the script installed in the
<head>and being loaded (browser console)? - Does the API key match the website (Settings → Websites → your website → Script)?
- Is a consent banner blocking tracking? See Consent settings.
- For individual red platforms: Are the pixel ID and access token of the integration correct?
