Event Replay
Re-deliver stored events to platforms.
With Event Replay, you re-deliver events that have already been received — e.g. after an expired access token has been renewed or a platform API was disrupted.
Choose a time period and events
In the dashboard, open the Event Replay section, select the time period,
and filter the affected events (e.g. all failed purchase events).
Choose the target platform
Determine which platform(s) the events should be sent to again.
Start the replay
Start the replay — you can then watch the delivery in the Live Stream. Deduplication prevents double counting on the platform side.
How long events are retained for replays depends on your plan — you can find the retention periods in the Developer Docs → Event Replay.
