GDPR-compliant tracking with a consent manager and Google Consent Mode v2.
Tugus processes events in a GDPR-compliant, EU-hosted manner. Personal data (email, phone, name) is automatically hashed with SHA-256 before it is forwarded to platforms.
Connect a consent manager
If you use a consent manager (e.g. Cookiebot, Usercentrics), Tugus can respect its consent status. The technical integration is described in the Developer Docs → Consent API.
Google Consent Mode v2
Tugus supports Google Consent Mode v2 and reacts automatically to
gtag consent updates — details under
Developer Docs → Consent Mode v2.
Without granted consent, consent-required events are not forwarded to the ad platforms. Check the consent configuration if fewer events than expected arrive in the Live Stream.
